2. Quote Requests Are Not Bookings

Submitting the quote form starts a conversation — it does not book a delivery, and it does not create a contract. A delivery is only booked once we've confirmed it with you directly and agreed on price, timing, and any special handling requirements.

We may decline any request. In particular, we will decline freight we are not credentialed or insured to carry, and we'd rather tell you that up front than discover it at the loading dock.

3. Accuracy of Information

We work to keep this site accurate, but service descriptions, coverage areas, and pricing information are provided for general guidance and may change. Nothing on this site is a binding offer. The credentials described on this site are held by Concord Courier's owner-operator and are current as of the date above; we'll provide documentation on request.
