Credentialed to go
where other couriers can't.
Concord Courier is run by Albert Davis, a courier with over a decade on the road — now independent, and built for the freight most couriers aren't cleared, trained, or insured to carry. Secured ports, restricted airport areas, hazardous materials, medical specimens: the runs that need a credential at the gate and a clean chain of custody the whole way.
Ten years on the road — then the credentials.
Concord Courier is run by Albert Davis, who has spent more than a decade in the courier business. Over those years he's delivered through most of the big platforms the industry runs on — Amazon, Roadie, Frayt, GoShare, Offloadr — thousands of runs, every kind of freight, every kind of deadline.
That experience taught him where the real gap is. The platforms are fine for a box that any driver can drop on a porch. But the moment a delivery needs a credential at the gate, a clean chain of custody, or a driver cleared for hazardous materials, the gig apps have almost nobody to send. That's the work Concord was built to do.
So Albert went and earned the clearances the rest of the field doesn't have — TWIC for the ports, a BWI airport badge, a hazmat endorsement, HIPAA and bloodborne-pathogen training — and built a courier service around them. Not "we'll deliver anything." Instead: the deliveries that need a credential, a clean record, and someone who's done this ten thousand times.
Anyone can promise care. We can prove access. The credentials are what let us pick up where other couriers simply aren't allowed to go.
One driver isn't a limitation. For your freight, it's the point.
One accountable person
No rotating contractors, no "the driver that day." The person who quotes your job is the person who picks it up, carries it, and hands it over. When something matters, you know exactly who has it.
Unbroken chain of custody
A specimen or a sensitive document passes through one set of hands, not five. That's a shorter, cleaner custody trail than a multi-driver operation can offer — and for regulated freight, the trail is the product.
The credentials do the work
The TWIC card and BWI badge aren't held "on staff somewhere." They belong to the person driving to your dock. When a gate needs clearance, the clearance is already in the cab.
The clearances, in writing.
Every credential below is current and documented. Ask and we'll provide proof — a certificate, a card, or a certificate of insurance — before your first pickup.
Have a run that needs the right hands?
Tell us what needs to get there. If it's outside what we're cleared to carry, we'll say so — and point you somewhere that can.
