Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 15, 2026
This policy explains what information Concord Courier collects when you visit concordcourier.org or contact us, how we use it, and what choices you have. We've written it in plain language on purpose.
An important distinction. This policy covers information collected through our website. It does not govern Protected Health Information (PHI) that we may transport on behalf of a healthcare client. That relationship is governed separately by a Business Associate Agreement between Concord Courier and the covered entity. If you are a healthcare provider evaluating us as a vendor, ask us for that document directly.
1. Information We Collect
Information you give us
When you submit our quote request form, we collect the information you enter:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number
- Your company name (optional)
- The service type, pickup and delivery ZIP codes, and any details you describe
We ask you to confirm, via a checkbox, that you consent to be contacted about your request. You can withdraw that consent at any time by replying to any message from us and asking us to stop.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard server logs — including IP address, browser type, and the pages you visited. This happens automatically and is used for security and troubleshooting.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use what you give us to:
- Respond to your quote request and answer your questions
- Price, schedule, and carry out a delivery you've asked us to make
- Keep records required by law — including transport documentation for regulated freight such as hazardous materials
- Maintain the security and functioning of our website
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers, and we don't send marketing email to people who only asked for a quote.
3. Who We Share It With
We share information only where it's necessary to run the business:
- Form processing. Our quote form is delivered through Web3Forms, a third-party service. When you submit the form, your information passes through their systems on its way to our inbox.
- Web hosting. Our site is hosted by Hostinger, whose servers store the site and its logs.
- Legal requirements. We will disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or a regulator with authority to demand it.
If Concord Courier is ever sold or merged, customer information may transfer as part of that transaction. We'd tell you before that happened.
4. How Long We Keep It
We keep quote requests for as long as needed to respond and, if you become a customer, for as long as our business relationship continues plus a reasonable period afterward for our records. Transport documentation for regulated freight is retained for the period required by the applicable regulation. If you ask us to delete your information and we're not required to keep it, we will.
5. How We Protect It
Our website uses HTTPS encryption. We limit access to submitted information to the people who need it to do the work. No system is perfectly secure, and we won't pretend otherwise — but we take reasonable, industry-standard measures to protect what you send us.
6. Your Choices
You can, at any time:
- Ask what information we hold about you
- Ask us to correct anything that's wrong
- Ask us to delete your information, where we're not legally required to keep it
- Tell us to stop contacting you
Email us at dispatch@concordcourier.org and we'll handle it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state law — tell us and we'll honor them.
7. Cookies
Our website uses only the cookies necessary for it to function correctly. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
8. Children
Concord Courier provides commercial delivery services. Our site isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
9. Changes to This Policy
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted clearly.
